Abby Tires & Auto Repair (the "Company") is committed to ensuring that the website located at abbytires.com (the "Website") is accessible to the widest practicable audience, including persons who rely on assistive technology.

1. Conformance standard

1.1 The Website has been developed with the objective of conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium.

1.2 The Company assesses conformance as partially conformant. This means that the majority of the Website conforms to the stated standard, while the exceptions identified in Section 3 remain outstanding.

1.3 Conformance has been assessed by self-evaluation, comprising keyboard-only navigation testing, verification of semantic structure, and review of the Website at viewport widths from 320 pixels upward. The Website has not been the subject of a third-party accessibility audit.

2. Accessibility measures implemented

The following measures have been implemented:

• All interactive controls are operable by keyboard alone, with a persistent and visible focus indicator.
• A "skip to content" link is provided as the first focusable element on each page.
• Semantic HTML landmarks and a logical heading hierarchy are used throughout, enabling navigation by structure using assistive technology.
• Informative images are provided with text alternatives; decorative images are exposed to assistive technology as such and are omitted from the accessibility tree.
• The hero reveal control is implemented with an appropriate ARIA role and a live textual value, and is operable using the arrow keys and the Home and End keys.
• Opening hours are presented as a structured data table rather than as an image.
• All motion, including the introductory sequence, is suppressed automatically where the operating system indicates a preference for reduced motion.
• Form controls carry persistent visible labels; validation errors are conveyed in text and are not indicated by colour alone.
• Content reflows without horizontal scrolling at a viewport width of 320 pixels.
• No web fonts and no third-party scripts are used, supporting reliable text rendering and performance on constrained connections.

3. Known limitations

The Company considers it appropriate to disclose the following known limitations:

• Contrast. The Website employs a dark colour scheme. Certain secondary text meets Level AA contrast requirements but does not meet Level AAA.
• Wheel gallery. The wheel gallery is a visual browsing feature. The name, dimensions, fitment, available finishes and indicative price of each product are additionally presented as text adjacent to the gallery, and services are listed in a structured table within the pricing section.
• Product photography. Certain product images are supplied by manufacturers, and image quality accordingly varies.

4. Feedback

4.1 The Company welcomes feedback regarding the accessibility of the Website. Where you encounter a barrier, please provide the page concerned and a description of the difficulty experienced.

4.2 The Company endeavours to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five (5) business days.

5. Alternative means of access

Any transaction that may be conducted through the Website — including requesting a quotation, enquiring as to stock, and arranging an appointment — may equally be conducted by telephone during opening hours at either location. No service is available exclusively through the Website.

6. Physical premises

Both of the Company's locations are situated at ground level with parking adjacent to the entrance. Where assistance is required in attending the premises or in transferring to or from a vehicle, customers are invited to telephone in advance and arrangements will be made.

7. Review

This statement is reviewed periodically and upon any material change to the Website. The effective date above indicates the date of the most recent review.
